As part of their internal communications and development, a programme to reinforce Jenkin Timber's vision and values was created. Five key values around their manufacturing and team processes were incorporated into posters, banners, newsletters, company intranet and a staff gift presented at a staff day – all building on the 'family' values built over more than 80 years of business.
